About The Position

The Senior Embedded Product Analytics Engineer transforms product and engineering data into actionable insights supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), field issue investigations, condition-monitoring development, and product-support engineering. The role combines engineering-domain expertise, coding, analytics, and condition-monitoring development to improve product performance, reliability, and customer outcomes. Working with engineering stakeholders, the engineer analyzes product-performance data, clarifies analytical requirements, investigates product behavior, and develops condition-monitoring content to identify potential failure signatures using telematics and engineering data. Work includes a team-based ticketing process and project work across engineering requests that influence product development, product improvement, and field support. The position collaborates with internal engineering partners, industry stakeholders, and global team members; supports small projects; and may lead appropriate initiatives with coaching from experienced team members. The position is primarily onsite five days per week, with a preferred location in Mossville, Illinois, and an additional acceptable location in Lafayette, Indiana. Travel is approximately 0–10%. Occasional early-morning or non-standard-hour meetings may be needed to collaborate with international teams. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.
