Requirements

  • 6+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Strong experience in: Mission Critical Construction, Data Centers, Commercial Electrical Construction, Industrial Electrical Construction
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects
  • Experience coordinating large field teams and multiple trades
  • Proficient with construction technology, documentation, and reporting systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience on large Mission Critical jobs

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience preferred
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • CPR and First Aid training preferred
  • Journeyman Electrician status and/or Apprenticeship completion preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct all field personnel assigned to electrical construction projects
  • Manage day-to-day field operations for mission critical/data center projects
  • Coordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standards
  • Drive project safety performance and enforce company safety policies
  • Conduct field planning, scheduling, reporting, and daily coordination meetings
  • Support project productivity, quality control, and budget goals
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
  • Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams
  • Support fabrication and prefabrication opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field communication
