Mytra is looking for a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer to design and develop the electrical control systems for our next generation of robotic factory automation. This role will own electrical designs from system architecture and component selection through panel design, prototype bring-up, system integration, and production. You will work closely with electrical, mechanical, firmware, controls, safety, manufacturing, and test engineers to develop robust, scalable electrical systems that can move from prototype into production. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across the full system—from electrical schematics and control panels to wiring, sensors, motor drives, embedded controls, PLCs, and debugging the machine on the floor. We're looking for someone who can own the electrical system rather than just a portion of the design. You should be comfortable moving between architecture discussions, electrical CAD, component selection, control-panel design, and hands-on debugging. The ideal candidate has shipped automated equipment or robotic systems and understands the difference between getting a prototype working and developing a production-ready system. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, making engineering tradeoffs, and collaborating closely with engineers and technicians across the organization. We are looking for an electrical engineer who can own the system from architecture through production and has strong hands-on experience with industrial automation, control panels, PLCs, and robotic systems.
