About The Position

Siteworker is currently seeking a top-tier Senior Electrical Estimator for one of our premier clients in Apopka, FL. Their rapidly expanding electrical division provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to take their careers to the next level and capitalize on their earning potential. You will provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of Heavy Commercial, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Multi-Residential construction, including renovations, tenant build-outs, and ground-up construction.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years combined experience in Commercial & Industrial/Manufacturing/Theme Park electrical estimating
Minimum 5 years of electrical field experience
Knowledge of Accubid estimating software preferred
Well versed in NEC requirements
Capable computer skills, including email use, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, and file organization
Experienced in design-build, design-assist, and layout of electrical systems
Educated in the materials, means, and methods of Commercial, Multi-Residential, and Industrial/Manufacturing installations
Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
Time-conscious — able to be on time and efficient
Demonstrated dependability, flexibility, and teamwork
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Accubid estimating software

Responsibilities

Provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to Heavy Commercial, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Multi-Residential construction, including renovations, tenant build-outs, and ground-up construction.
Work hand-in-hand with the Vice President of Operations and Principal of the company.
Participate in contract negotiations.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Adhere to, implement, and always follow safety procedures.
Work well with others.
