About The Position
The Senior Electrical Engineer will design and develop RF assemblies and analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply circuitry. The role includes creating detailed schematics and overseeing the layout of complex high-frequency printed circuit boards. The engineer will design test fixtures, support prototype bring-up and testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues. The position also collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams, and provides guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers.
Requirements
- BSEE or MSEE.
- 5–10 years of experience designing and developing complex electronic systems.
- Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design.
- Experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply architectures.
- Expertise in schematic capture and high-frequency PCB design and layout.
- Strong laboratory skills and experience using RF and electronic test equipment.
- Experience designing test fixtures and supporting prototype evaluation and validation.
- Ability to analyze system-level tradeoffs, identify technical risks, and develop effective engineering solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience mentoring, training, and supporting the development of less experienced engineers.
