We work very hard to ensure this is a great place to work! There is never a dull moment on this strategic effort, a cornerstone for the nation’s security. The new ICBM weapon system acquisition effort brings with it the newest digital engineering tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to meet existing warfighter requirements, while having the adaptability and flexibility to affordably address changing technology and threat environments through 2075. As part of the U.S. Air Force's Integration Support Contract (ISC), BAE Systems provides advisory and assistance services in the areas of engineering, logistics, management, scientific analysis, and other subject matter expertise to augment and optimize management of the Sentinel ICBM Prime Contractor. BAE is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support Sentinel’s Guidance Branch within the Flight Systems IPT in developing the Sentinel guidance computer systems. This engineer will assist in acquiring, testing, and integrating guidance equipment for the Sentinel weapon system, collaborating with the government customer and Sentinel prime contractor to review and assess design, documentation, and architecture. You'll provide advice to Sentinel leaders throughout the acquisition cycle, utilizing MBSE best practices.
