By bridging factory support, root cause analysis, and new product development, this role ensures optimal manufacturing uptime, rigorous third-party product validation, and seamless integration of next-generation building automation controller as part of portfolio expansion and replacements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in electrical/electronic hardware design, root cause analysis, and product development lifecycles

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed schematics and circuit designs, including analog and digital architecture
• Ensure designs meet performance, cost, reliability, and EMC/EMI requirements
• Select and evaluate components with a focus on lifecycle, availability, and manufacturability
• Provide technical leadership and design guidance to cross‑functional engineering teams
• Support hardware verification, validation, and compliance testing activities
• Collaborate closely with firmware engineers to ensure seamless HW/FW integration
• Ability to independently drive complex engineering projects, interpret failure modes
• Troubleshoot and resolve design, test, and production issues
• Document designs, requirements, and technical decisions in accordance with engineering standards
