About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team Energy in our offices in Minneapolis, Atlanta or site in Texas. Requirements

• Have studied Electrical engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience related power generation plants (GT, Solar, wind, BESS…), This experience is absolutely required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the use of ETAP, specification and definition of electrical equipment (LV/MV/HV), wiring engineering (cable sizing and trunking design, cable routing, schematic drawings, etc.) and electrical calculations (grounding network, short circuit, lightning protection, etc.).
• Have the ability to make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods, define options, and articulate the best solution(s) to the team.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
• Do have an advanced level of English.

Nice To Haves

• Field experience is not required but it is a plus
• A second language would be valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members.
• Regularly meets and corresponds with clients or outside personnel.
• Make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods, define options, and articulate the best solution(s) to the team.
