About The Position

Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with an emphasis on heavy industrial clients and power generation. This role requires multi-discipline project experience for industrial manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage and medium voltage power distribution, motor controls for both low voltage and medium voltage, interfacing industrial processes to DCS and/or PLC systems, and using power distribution system modeling software (ETAP or similar). Familiarity with panel design and 3D environments is also desired. The candidate must be a leader, capable of coordinating engineering and design efforts, working within a team, and comfortable leading/conducting meetings with peers and clients. Responsibilities will include coordinating with project managers and clients to develop proposal documents and estimates for bidding on work. The role will primarily focus on modifications and upgrades in existing facilities.

Requirements

Emphasis on heavy industrial clients and power generation.
