About The Position

Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with an emphasis on heavy industrial clients and power generation. This role requires multi-discipline project experience for industrial manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage and medium voltage power distribution, motor controls for both low and medium voltage systems, interfacing industrial processes to DCS and/or PLC systems, and proficiency with power distribution system modeling software (ETAP or similar). Familiarity with panel design and 3D environments is also desired. The candidate will be expected to lead engineering and design efforts, collaborate within a team, and confidently lead meetings with peers and clients. Responsibilities may include coordinating with project managers and clients to develop proposal documents and estimates for bidding purposes. The work will primarily focus on modifications and upgrades within existing facilities.

Requirements
