Join us to do the best work of your career as a Senior Electrical Engineer at our Boston, MA headquarters (Seaport district - Hybrid schedule) As a Senior Electrical Engineer , you will be working on a variety of power generation projects, including combined heat and power, renewables, grid storage, and large district energy thermal generation systems. Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related degree
10+ years of electrical design experience.
AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP

Nice To Haves

PE is a plus

Responsibilities

Support and lead teams of electrical engineers and designers.
Serve as the primary design interface with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure design quality and schedule alignment.
Provide technical direction on complex electrical power projects from conceptual design to construction.
Support proposal efforts on RFPs.
Lead design teams and mentor junior staff within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
