Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience (ideally in industrial electronics).
• Experience in schematic design and PCBA layout.
• Advanced troubleshooting of electronics and systems.
• Ability to solve challenging problems and make assertive recommendations.
• Understand how to balance quality and expedience.

Responsibilities

• Design schematics and perform PCBA layout.
• Troubleshoot electronics on the production line.
• Learn about calibrating MWD sensors.
• Help improve manufacturing processes.
• Perform in-depth failure analyses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations to troubleshoot on-site.
• Mentor junior engineers.
