About The Position

EXP is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer/Engineer (Buildings) to join their Electrical team and work on Hospitality, Entertainment, and Healthcare projects across Florida. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects, grow technical expertise, and collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team. The position involves leading electrical Revit design efforts, mentoring junior team members, partnering with project managers, collaborating with clients and contractors, reviewing drawings, solving design challenges, and presenting technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of electrical design experience in building systems
• Engineering Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree)
• Revit MEP proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical Revit design efforts from concept through construction
• Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance
• Partner with project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors in meetings and on-site
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy
• Solve complex design challenges and contribute innovative ideas
• Present technical solutions and build strong client relationships
