About The Position

This candidate will support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across multiple Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PG&A) manufacturing and distribution locations. In this role, you will lead high-priority initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, and collaborate with site and corporate teams to implement effective EHS practices. You will travel between locations as needed and serve as a key resource for safety, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful safety and environmental improvements across a multi-site network while influencing enterprise-wide standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health preferred, or relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational safety and environmental compliance.
  • Experience interpreting and applying safety and environmental regulations, including machine guarding requirements.
  • Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Experience developing and delivering employee training programs on EHS topics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and lead change across multiple sites.
  • Ability to work independently and apply resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and security regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support implementation of enterprise-wide EHS programs, policies, and initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Conduct routine safety and environmental inspections and audits; identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions.
  • Manage and coordinate regulatory agency inspections and maintain readiness for compliance reviews.
  • Lead incident and near-miss investigations to identify root causes and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Analyze EHS metrics, reports, and trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver EHS training programs, including preparation of materials and evaluation of effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance to site personnel on safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with corporate teams and site leaders to promote consistency, best practice sharing, and alignment of EHS management systems.
  • Support ergonomic assessments and continuous improvement of job processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a resource for emergency preparedness, site security, and facility-wide safety initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on EHS performance, metrics, and initiatives to site leadership.
