About The Position
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. About Goodstart Nirimba: Newly appointed Centre Director with extensive experience Brand new centre on beautiful Sunshine Coast Conveniently located within minutes’ walk from the Nirimba State school Only couple of minutes’ drive from the beach Well designed and well-resourced centre Huge centre with 8 spacious rooms and 132 places Also features a parent lounge with complimentary tea and coffee available Huge car park for easy access
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
