As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. About Goodstart Drouin: 70 place centre where you’ll quickly become part of the family. Close to the main street and shops as well as a train station, bus stop and schools. Onsite parking. Lead the Nursery room growing a team of passionate and enthusiastic educators, all while supporting learning opportunities for the littlest Goodstarters who are just starting to learn about their world.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Vic Working with Children Check
Responsibilities
- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
