About The Position

This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the IC EDA design environment. The engineer will guide the design team on efficient utilization of compute resources, provide tool installation and licensing support, and manage design data. They will also advocate for modern best-practices in EDA flow, cross-train IC design designers, and develop methodologies for IC tape-out tasks to ensure DFM and foundry requirements. The position involves working closely with international EDA colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 7+ Years of EDA experience within a semiconductor environment
  • Experience in analog circuit design and simulation debugging capabilities
  • Strong understanding of analog and power management circuit design principles.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence or Spice.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
