About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise monitoring and observability solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynatrace, infrastructure monitoring, application performance management (APM), and cloud technologies, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Monitoring, or Observability.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
- Experience with Windows/Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP, PowerShell/Bash, DNS, TCP/IP, and Load Balancing.
- Experience defining monitoring baselines, KPIs, SLAs, and alert strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Kubernetes, ITIL, Dynatrace SaaS migration, and AWS Solution Architect certification.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
- Monitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, KPIs, SLAs, and health checks.
- Perform application performance monitoring, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and incident support.
- Migrate Dynatrace Managed environments to Dynatrace SaaS.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve system reliability.
- Integrate monitoring solutions with ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise ITSM tools.
