About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support for global ERP implementations, particularly across USA and India operations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of ERP or supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM or Dynamics AX.
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 / AX implementations.
• Experience with warehouse management, procurement, inventory, and production modules.
• Experience working on multi-warehouse, multi-country, or global implementations.
• Experience with Agile delivery and onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Experience with high-volume supply chain environments such as distribution, manufacturing, or retail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of: Procurement and sourcing, Inventory and warehouse management, Production control and master planning (MRP), Picking, packing, cycle counting, Quality management, Product Information Management
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or BPMN.
• Experience with reporting and analytics using Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft certifications such as MB-330 (Supply Chain Management) or MB-300 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather SCM requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, transportation, and master planning integrated with Finance.
• Configure core SCM modules including Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Quality Management, and Production Control.
• Lead data migration for master data (items, vendors, locations) and transactional data using Data Management Framework (DMF), including validation for multi-site environments.
• Configure integrations with external systems such as 3PL providers, shipping carriers, and external logistics platforms.
• Configure financial postings related to procure-to-pay, inventory valuation, and production accounting.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Collaborate with technical architects and developers on system integrations and extensions.
• Support pre-sales demos, RFP responses, effort estimation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable SCM implementation templates and best practices.
