About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant with experience in retail and omnichannel commerce implementations. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role involves working with global teams across the USA and India and supporting full lifecycle Commerce implementations including POS, e-commerce, and order management solutions.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or ERP consulting.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce.
Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Commerce with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience with omnichannel retail, POS implementations, and e-commerce platforms.
Experience working with global teams across USA and India.
Experience with Agile delivery and high-volume transaction environments.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process design for Commerce scenarios including storefronts, POS, order management, payments, pricing, promotions, and returns across online and in-store channels.
Configure Dynamics 365 Commerce modules including site builder, product catalogs, assortments, channels, loyalty programs, and B2B hierarchies.
Integrate Commerce with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for inventory, procurement, and finance processes.
Design and test integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, shipping carriers, and external ERP systems using APIs and Commerce Scale Units.
Configure tax engines, financial dimensions, and reporting for US and India localization and multi-currency operations.
Drive data migration for products, customers, pricing, and order data.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.
Conduct end-user training, change management sessions, and process optimization workshops.
Collaborate with technical teams on extensions and customizations.
Support pre-sales demos, RFP responses, and effort estimations.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable Commerce implementation assets.
