About The Position

This role involves formulating and defining systems scope and objectives for complex projects, fostering communication between business leaders and IT. The consultant will work with users and clients to solve complex system issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards, recommending solutions. They will support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on information analysis. Additionally, the role requires consulting with business clients to determine system functional specifications and providing user and operational support. Identifying and communicating risks and impacts, considering the business implications of technology application to the current business environment, is crucial. The position allows for a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy. The Senior Domain Consultant acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. They must appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
