About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Management Lead to provide financial management support across PAE MP. This role is crucial for supporting various financial processes including PPBE, SPAR, POM development, spend plans, budget formulation, justification, execution, and tracking obligations and disbursements. The lead will also be responsible for reconciling financial appropriations, developing financial reports for senior leadership, and supporting key acquisition and financial review processes. Additionally, the position involves leading and coordinating the financial support team and standardizing processes across PMOs.

Requirements

Proficiency with ACEIT.
Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimating.
Experience with budget formulation, execution, obligation/disbursement analysis, and spend plans.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
DoD PPBE.
RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations.
Budget execution and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Financial reporting to senior Government leadership.
Cost estimating and acquisition financial documentation.
U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

Current/recent PAE MP or DHA financial management incumbent.
GFEBS experience.
MDAPT, PTS, CBE, PCAN, CCaR, ECAT, TEWLS, and/or PIEE experience.
DHA/Army medical acquisition financial management.
Experience supporting POM/SPAR cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead financial management support across PAE MP.
Support PPBE, SPAR, POM development, spend plans, budget formulation, justification, execution, obligation, and disbursement tracking.
Reconcile financial appropriations and develop senior leadership financial reports.
Support LCCEs, LCSPs, financial schedules, IGCEs, acquisition packages, and fiscal risk reviews.
Lead/coordinate the financial support team and standardize processes across PMOs.
