About The Position

SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026. Positions are contingent pending contract award. The work will be performed in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (WDCMA). Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.

Requirements

• Senior Documentation Specialist experience
• Experience managing a Document Management System
• Experience developing clear, comprehensive, data-informed documentation
• Experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) for documentation
• Experience leading a team of Documentation Specialists
• Experience preparing, maintaining, and updating the Project Management Plan (PMP)
• Experience preparing Trip Reports
• Experience writing technical materials such as equipment manuals, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IPMO Document Management System
• Develop clear, comprehensive, data-informed documentation.
• Leverage large language models (LLMs) such as the Retrieval Augmented, Generation Enabled Virtual Assistant (REVA) to provide clear, comprehensive, and relevant documentation and Plans informed by repository data and user-uploaded files.
• Leads team of Documentation Specialist; may assist in layout work
• Prepare, maintain, and update the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Prepare Trip Reports, including a detailed description of the purpose of the trip and any knowledge gained.
• Write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions.
