The Senior Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, thoroughly assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion throughout the task lifecycle. The associate will exercise independent judgment and use established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. The position also requires intermediate to advanced use of equipment, technology, software, and hardware, and assisting with the coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within the team. Troubleshooting more complex software or hardware problems, utilizing appropriate logs and tracking software, and meeting contracted deadlines are key aspects of this role. Communication with peers, supervisors, or clients on job or deadline issues, fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement, and handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information are also essential. The role includes performing Quality Assurance on the work of others, training more junior staff, assisting peer teams, and completing other tasks as assigned by management. Interaction with clients, adherence to company and client site policies, and cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies are expected.
