As a strategic leader you will play a central role in strengthening VBC financial governance, supporting external margin commitments, and enabling the broader VBC Strategy & Analytics operating model. The Senior Director of Value-Based Care (VBC) Consolidations & Planning is a critical leadership role responsible for establishing single-point accountability for enterprise VBC financial consolidation, benefit planning, and forecasting across risk models, reporting constructs, and delegated pricing arrangements. This role ensures consistent, decision-ready P&L views for executive leadership and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) partners during plan, forecast, and earnings cycles, as VBC scale and regulatory complexity continue to increase. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
