About The Position

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury Operations to lead post-acquisition integration, stabilization, and infrastructure turnaround across its expanding footprint. Responsibilities include rationalizing banking networks, establishing rigorous 13-week cash forecasting, and laying the foundation for a modern Treasury Management System. The successful candidate combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, serves as a trusted advisor to the CFO, and strengthens banking syndicate relationships as Metropolis scales. The position follows Metropolis' office-first model, requiring corporate team members to work on-site at least four days per week. The anticipated base salary is $250,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Base salary is one component of total compensation, which may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, basic life insurance, stock options, bonus plans, and more.

  • Direct experience managing multi-tenant, client-dedicated, or fiduciary bank account structures alongside complex sweep architectures.
  • Forensic mindset and willingness to lead detailed bank account cleanup, transaction mapping, wire release controls, and bank fee rationalization alongside system design.
  • Success leading post-acquisition operational remediation, untangling legacy infrastructure, and defining subledger-to-general-ledger accounting boundaries.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage banking syndicates, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead operational teams.
