As the Senior Director, Trade, you will report to the VP, Transaction Banking and lead the Trade Finance business for Canada. You will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Trade Finance Sales team, setting vision and executing on strategies to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance CIBC’s position as a market leader in trade solutions. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of business plans, guide your team in achieving ambitious sales and revenue targets, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences. You will represent the voice of the client and collaborate closely with partners across Commercial Banking, Product, Operations, and Risk to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.
