Novotech Global•South San Francisco, CA
•$190,000 - $210,000

About The Position

The Senior Director, Thought Leadership leads Novotech’s global thought leadership program, using the company’s clinical delivery record and expert perspectives to demonstrate its value to sponsors in the United States and Europe. This is a writing and editorial leadership role: the director researches topics, interviews medical, scientific, and delivery experts, and produces strong initial drafts for expert review. The role develops the editorial calendar and expert bench across therapeutic areas, channels, and regions, and manages campaigns spanning case studies, data-led articles, reference stories, playbooks, bylines, media placements, webinars, podcasts, and speaking engagements. Content should provide practical, evidence-based insights sponsors can use when selecting a partner for a global clinical program. The Senior Director reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with the Chief Medical Office and Global Project Management organization. The role also works with Sales and Business Development, therapeutic delivery units, and company experts to develop content, media relationships, and external profiles. Success is measured through readership, engagement, use by Sales and Business Development, and changes over time in how US and European sponsors describe Novotech. Novotech describes itself as a global full-service clinical Contract Research Organization, with more than 30 offices across Asia-Pacific, the United States, and Europe. The company describes its workplace as inclusive and collaborative, and highlights flexible working options, paid parental leave for both parents, flexible leave entitlements, wellness programs, and ongoing development programs.
