About The Position

At Insmed, every moment and every patient counts — and so does every person who joins in. As a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious and rare diseases, you’ll be part of a community that prioritizes the human experience, celebrates curiosity, and values every person’s contributions to meaningful progress. That commitment has earned us recognition as Science magazine’s No. 1 Top Employer for five consecutive years, certification as a Great Place to Work® in the U.S., and a place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in the UK. For patients, for each other, and for the future of science, we’re in. Are you? We're looking for a Sr. Director, Therapeutic Area Insights – Neuro & Other Rare on the Commercial Effectiveness team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious and rare diseases. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Forecasting, Insights & Analytics, you'll lead the strategy, design, and implementation of forecasting, insights, and analytics plans for a growing therapeutic area portfolio — including gene therapies and other modalities across Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and Stargardt Disease. As a key advisor to Therapeutic Area (TA) leadership and Global Program Teams (GPTs), you'll shape program strategies, help to develop robust revenue forecasts, and enable data-informed decision-making across go-to-market models and competitive strategy.

  • Expertise in transforming complex data into compelling strategic narratives for leadership.
  • An inquisitive nature with the ability to dig deep into insights, identify the "why" behind data and trends, and synthesize findings into clear and concise outputs.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
