About The Position

This is a market-facing executive role within the REMS Technology organization. The Senior Director of Technology Solutions will be the human embodiment of the company's technology vision, translating a complex, AI-driven ecosystem into compelling narratives to win clients, shape strategy, and influence the future of the platform. The role involves executive thought leadership, pre-sales strategy and solutioning, AI-forward product demonstrations, product innovation and market intelligence, and commercial & bid leadership. The company is looking for someone who can change how people think about what's possible in corporate real estate technology.

Requirements

  • 15+ years at the intersection of enterprise technology and complex sales.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite decision-makers.
  • Understanding of how AI is reshaping industries as a practitioner.
  • Experience across multiple technologies, likely in consulting or software.
  • Ability to make the complex feel inevitable.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Corporate real estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • An advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-stakes conversations with C-suite decision-makers, weaving together business outcomes, AI capabilities, and long-term roadmaps into compelling stories.
  • Operate at the front of the sales cycle as a strategic architect, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations to craft technology solutions.
  • Partner across sales, product, and delivery to craft visionary and winnable technology solutions.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end technology narratives spanning the entire real estate lifecycle, showcasing transformation with AI as the throughline.
  • Act as a feedback loop between the market and product teams, bringing the voice of the client into product strategy.
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and continuously sharpen expertise across all functional areas of the real estate lifecycle.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, shape pricing narratives, and influence positioning in competitive pursuits.
