•$208,000 - $416,000

About The Position

Walmart International is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director, Technical Program Management to lead portfolio strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across international markets. The role translates market and global product strategies into an authoritative International priority stack, connecting investment decisions, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness. Working with senior executives across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations, the leader frames tradeoffs, aligns stakeholders, and accelerates global platform convergence. The position establishes portfolio transparency and decision-making discipline and ensures accountability for commitments, without independently owning enterprise strategy, funding approvals, or product delivery. The role consolidates market and horizontal product strategies into portfolio priorities; manages investment scenarios, dependency models, and roadmap risk assessments; and facilitates executive decisions by quantifying impacts, recommending options, convening decision-makers, and tracking commitments. It also establishes market-readiness standards, addresses adoption barriers and readiness gaps, prioritizes cross-market data needs, and aligns dependencies with global product roadmaps. The leader drives alignment and accountability across markets and global functions through influence rather than direct delivery authority. The position is based at 809 11th Ave, Sunnyvale, California. The annual salary range is $208,000 to $416,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
