Solar Landscape is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Management to lead and scale its recruiting function. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive hiring strategy in support of company growth. The position will own the full talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting execution, and team development. Reporting to the Head of People, this leader will build a high-performing recruiting function, establish scalable hiring processes, and ensure the attraction, hiring, and retention of top talent in a competitive market.
