Director, Talent Acquisition

In this position, as a key member of the TA Leadership team, you will set strategy and direction for recruiting across the Advanced EV organization—developing, implementing, and monitoring the full recruiting process. You'll build strong relationships with HR partners, engineering/technical hiring managers, and external sources to drive efficient, full lifecycle recruiting for hard-to-fill, highly specialized technical roles. This highly visible role spans all levels and functions of the organization, providing expertise on TA strategy, process, and best-in-class programs to help attract and engage top engineering and technical talent in the EV space.
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in setting strategy and direction for recruiting
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring recruiting processes
- Experience building relationships with HR partners, hiring managers, and external sources
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting for specialized technical roles
