About The Position

As a Senior Director, Strategic Marketing you will lead our marketing strategy, process and governance, implementing marketing excellence for the enterprise and business groups/units. You will strengthen Westinghouse's market presence by aligning marketing execution with the enterprise strategy, and establishing common governance, processes, and tools. The goal is to ensure consistent brand positioning, coordinated campaigns, use of marketing resources. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA site. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 20+ years' related experience, with increasing levels of marketing-related leadership
  • Understanding of marketing processes, analytics, executive reporting, and market positioning approaches

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement global marketing strategy, aligning with corporate priorities, market positioning, and long-term market needs.
  • Define marketing priorities by applying market research, customer data, and competitor analysis. Translate insights into strategic possible effects for marketing decisions.
  • Direct Westinghouse marketing activities, provide governance and determine best practices to maximize impact, by guiding prioritization, ensuring scale, and ensuring agreement across the enterprise.
  • Lead, our global marketing organization.
  • Shape team to support Westinghouse long-term goals.
  • Build enterprise marketing capabilities and identify upskilling opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing execution across conferences, marketing campaigns, and content, aligning activities to priorities and ensuring consistency in delivery. Ensure plan supports our goals.
  • Promote understanding across BU product marketing by leading team of BU marketing partners who serve as the main interface for their assigned product area or function.
  • Define, track, and share marketing KPIs, providing visibility into business impact. Monitor marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness, optimizing.
  • Champion enhancement of marketing capabilities by designing digital and GenAI enabled marketing tools to promote collaboration.
  • Oversee marketing budget and allocate marketing spend based on priorities
  • Collaborate with External Affairs, key account managers, BU sales and product management to ensure execution and understanding of market messaging and channels
