The Senior Director, National Sales – Strategic Accounts (DIFM) is responsible for developing and executing strategies for profitable growth within Valvoline’s largest Strategic National Accounts. This leadership role manages the Strategic Account Management team, focusing on driving revenue growth, expanding customer reach, ensuring customer retention, and optimizing operating profit and return-on-sales. The position involves serving as the executive relationship owner for key strategic customers, ensuring consistent delivery of Valvoline’s value proposition through business reviews, strategic planning, sales execution, and Salesforce.com utilization. This leader will collaborate with Marketing, Training, Sales Development, and Operations teams to strengthen customer partnerships and accelerate growth across the brand portfolio.
