Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Ten (10) years of experience in RF engineering and DAS solution development.
In-building wireless systems
Small cell technologies
Fiber infrastructure
RF propagation principles
RF planning and modeling tools, including iBwave, Atoll or equivalent platforms

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for wireless network architecture development
RF system design, propagation modeling, interference analysis, capacity modeling, and performance optimization
Technical evaluation of wireless technologies
Engineering oversight
Standards development
Collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, original equipment manufacturers, and third-party vendors.
