About The Position

The Senior Director, Cyber Trust Enablement leads the strategy and execution of programs that operationalize the organization’s security strategy across product, engineering, IT, and business functions. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, program leadership, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with modern security practices (zero trust, identity and access, cloud security, DevSecOps).

  • Support incident-related communications by enabling clear, calm, and coordinated associate guidance when needed
  • Define success metrics for communications, engagement, and awareness programs (e.g., adoption, comprehension, behavior change, content quality) and establish a regular reporting cadence
  • Analyze performance data and audience feedback to refine content, cadence, and delivery approaches across all communication streams
