This role will have end-to-end ownership of the Prospective Program portfolio, including services, digital platforms, and provider-facing solutions. The focus is on accelerating growth, improving profitability, and creating a unified product and commercialization strategy across the prospective portfolio. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management and product execution experience
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare, payer, revenue cycle, risk adjustment, or analytics products
• 7+ years of experience in portfolio management and scaling complex products
• 7+ years of experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional organizations

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing product portfolios with significant financial accountability
• Proven ability to lead AI-enabled product transformations
