About The Position

In this high-impact role, you will partner with leaders across the business, technology, experience, and data science to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to complex cross-functional initiatives. In this role you will orchestrate complex workstreams, manage key stakeholders, and maintain a clear roadmap of AI investments. You’ll translate strategy into action by enabling teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across the AI lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an outcome focused, strategic operator who can bring clarity to complex programs while building strong partnerships across business and technical teams. You thrive in ambiguous environments, move work forward with conviction, and consistently elevate outcomes through structure, communication, and sound judgment. You are able to see across the system — connecting ideas, stakeholders, and decisions into a cohesive path to delivery. Moreover, you’re able to influence without authority, anticipate challenges before they surface, and create the alignment needed for AI initiatives to succeed at scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex cross functional programs in technology, product management, and data/AI organizations.
  • Experience implementing governance for generative AI or model risk management.
  • Background working directly with Data Science, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product/program ownership that spans discovery, pilots and scaled delivery, comfortable balancing technical and business tradeoffs.
  • Strong familiarity and application of AI/ML concepts and data science delivery lifecycles; ability to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders.
  • Proven executive presence: experience briefing senior leadership and influencing outcomes with clear, concise presentations.
  • Hands on experience with delivery tools and practices: Jira, Agile/Scrum, OKRs/KPIs, roadmap tooling, status reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate matrixed organizations and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished facilitation and workshop skills.
  • Business expertise and knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management as typically acquired through a Bachelors` degree in relevant field (business, computer science, etc.).
  • a minimum of 10 years` experience in business, engineering, technology and/or consulting
  • At least 5 years` experience managing product management teams
  • Proven business expertise needed to set clear priorities across the product portfolio and drive business value
  • Has in depth knowledge and ability to influence business strategy
  • Possesses strong communication and influence skills within reporting line as well as with IT and business peers
  • Excellent collaboration skills -- leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations, respected, experience of working across levels from developers and designers
  • Demonstrates passion for improving customer outcomes and experiences
  • Embraces change and `outside of the box` ideas-does not feel attachment to the status quo
  • Encourages non-hierarchical culture

  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot/Stream), Databricks, or model monitoring solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end program roadmap for AI investments across claims and servicing, delivering measurable improvements
  • Move high-impact pilots from discovery to production by coordinating product, data science, engineering and vendor workstreams.
  • Create and standardize lightweight practices (backlog, OKRs, success metrics) so teams can iterate fast and scale what works.
  • Build executive-ready updates and lead decision forums to secure resources and remove blockers.
  • Further operationalize AI governance and compliance guardrails to ensure solutions meet privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish training and enablement to accelerate adoption and measurable business value.
