About The Position

onsemi is seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing to lead product strategy, roadmap definition, market positioning, demand creation, and go-to-market execution for the Industrial and Commercial Sensing Division (ICSD) within the Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG). ICSD develops advanced image sensing and sensing solutions for machine vision, robotics, video collaboration, security, scanning, aerospace and defense, short-wave infrared (SWIR), indirect time-of-flight (iToF), and intelligent edge applications. This is a senior leadership role for a technically credible product marketing leader who can connect market needs, customer requirements, product roadmaps, ecosystem requirements, channel execution, engineering priorities, and business outcomes. The leader will be expected to strengthen ICSD’s product strategy, sharpen portfolio priorities, improve customer and channel alignment, and drive disciplined market execution across a broad set of industrial and commercial sensing markets. Position Summary The Senior Director, Product Marketing will own ICSD product marketing strategy and execution. This includes product line strategy, roadmap direction, market segmentation, competitive positioning, demand creation priorities, go-to-market planning, pricing guidance, sales and channel enablement, launch readiness, and customer-facing product messaging. The role requires strong semiconductor product experience, industrial and commercial market understanding, technical depth in CMOS image sensors or related sensing technologies, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across product definition, engineering, applications, ecosystem partners, channel, sales, operations, quality, finance, and corporate marketing.
