About The Position

The Senior Director of Product Management will lead the product portfolio across pricing and competitive intelligence, pricing recommendations and experimentation, and pricing execution. This leader will define the multi-year product strategy, establish portfolio priorities and outcomes, lead senior product leaders and multiple product teams, and align business, science, and technology partners around investment and execution decisions. Demonstrated experience in retail pricing, pricing technology, or pricing decision products is required. The role connects pricing strategy, economics, data science, product capabilities, and enterprise technology to improve how pricing decisions are made, measured, and executed at scale. The Pricing Product team is part of Global Merchandising Product and collaborates with Merchandising, Pricing, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams. The team builds products for complex, data-driven decision workflows, balancing customer value, competitiveness, demand, sales, margin, operational needs, and technology constraints. The role sets strategy and investment priorities across pricing intelligence, decisioning, experimentation, and execution; leads senior product leaders and teams; translates customer, competitive, merchant, and business needs into measurable outcomes; and partners with relevant disciplines to advance pricing recommendation and decision systems. It also establishes experimentation and measurement, advances AI, optimization, and automation where useful, drives reliable and governed pricing execution, and aligns senior leaders on portfolio trade-offs, dependencies, investments, and outcomes. The position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas or San Bruno, California. The annual salary range is $160,000–$320,000 in Bentonville and $208,000–$416,000 in San Bruno.
