About The Position

The Senior Director, Product Management (Fulfillment Experience) leads the strategy and execution for Walmart’s fulfillment customer experience, shaping how customers understand, access, and choose the fulfillment options that best meet their needs. This leader owns the product vision across fulfillment promise and speed, customer choice and control, expansion of new fulfillment capabilities, fulfillment efficiency and economics, and availability of assortment through fulfillment levers. The role translates customer, business, and operational opportunities into a cohesive multi-year product strategy and roadmap, balancing growth, customer experience, speed, cost, and network complexity. They partner deeply across teams to build scalable capabilities across Walmart’s fulfillment ecosystem. About the team: The Global eComm Fulfillment & Post-Transaction Product team focuses on creating fulfillment experiences that are simple, fast, and reliable for every customer. The team designs scalable global platforms that support seamless delivery and resolution processes, ensuring confidence from order to receipt. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, the team drives product strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This group plays a key role in advancing Walmart’s capabilities across markets, delivering innovative solutions that align with long-term business goals and evolving customer needs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading product strategy and operations for complex product portfolios.
  • Proven ability to define long-term vision and align product roadmaps with business objectives and market trends.
  • Strong expertise in cross-functional leadership, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skill in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
  • Track record of influencing senior leadership and managing enterprise-level resource allocation.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, ethical standards, and continuous organizational capability development.
  • Ability to foster innovation and guide teams through disruptive technology adoption.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management.
  • 15 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Supervisory experience
  • Creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
