About The Position

Capital One is continually seeking ways to win the front-end of banking to own and grow direct customer relationships. The Emerging Payments team plays a crucial role in Capital One's effort by building and driving adoption of innovative "first party" payment products, while also managing our relationships with 3rd party providers. We manage virtual cards, integrations with wallets and network tokens, and payments-related data products. Looking forward, we are exploring new areas like agentic commerce and stablecoins, along with ecosystem partnerships, that can keep us at the forefront of payments. About the Team Within Emerging Payments, the Payments Intelligence team (PINT) supports this mission -- they run one of our highest-rated platforms in the company, serving dozens of critical use cases across all lines of business. Their primary focus is using transaction data to power unique experiences that will improve consumer engagement, making it easy to understand where you're spending, predicting where you will spend, and giving you tools to manage future spending (via spend controls). This team is also at the forefront of building AI/ML capabilities directly into our features. The PINT team is largely based in NY. They are highly engaged and have a strong team identity (across product, tech and data science); the new leader should be able to build on that.
