About the Team The Customer Identity and Core team (CIC) is part of Capital One’s Enterprise Product and Experience organization. The CIC team is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, including consumers, businesses and devices, enabling access to the company’s customer experiences, providing customer and business intelligence, and protecting critical customer account information at the highest level of security. The products built by our team are foundational for creating seamless customer experiences, keeping customer financial well-being safe and secure, and unlocking business growth by providing a full picture of each unique human Capital One serves. We are building a platform to connect all human, business and device data in real time to support the entire customer journey for Capital One. We play a critical role in developing improved marketing experiences, intelligent underwriting insights, and smooth mobile experiences that are tailored to the individual needs of our diverse and growing customer base. CIC is a fast growing team responsible for capabilities that enable key business outcomes to help protect our customers and position the company to deliver game-changing opportunities for acquiring new customers and to deepen connections with existing customers.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
