About The Position

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced product leader in the San Diego area to help shape roadmap strategy, customer engagement, and product execution for its automotive cockpit portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or an MBA with relevant industry experience.
  • 10+ years of product management, program management, or related experience in automotive infotainment, cockpit chipsets, and associated software platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with Qualcomm chipset product lines, development processes, business systems, and account management workflows.
  • Prior experience in automotive infotainment or cockpit design, systems, software, test, or applications engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of Snapdragon Digital Cockpit products.
  • Define and evolve end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for automotive cockpit chipset solutions.
  • Drive product definition across hardware, software, and ecosystem components to deliver competitive and scalable cockpit platforms.
  • Collect, prioritize, and translate customer, market, and internal requirements into clear product plans, feature roadmaps, and execution priorities.
  • Own cockpit products end-to-end, from market definition and business case development through launch readiness and customer adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional product introduction plans spanning engineering, program management, business development, ecosystem management, customer support, and marketing.
  • Partner closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to align product direction with strategic customer needs, design opportunities, and launch priorities.
  • Lead RFI and RFQ responses by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality, and commercially compelling proposals.
  • Identify and implement operating practices that improve organizational efficiency, decision-making, and execution across the cockpit product management team.
