About The Position

This role is responsible for guiding the strategic product direction for the department, including the product roadmap, development, and implementation. The position involves identifying opportunities, developing business cases, conducting industry research, and overseeing new product introductions across the product set. The Senior Director will manage end-to-end product governance from concept to production for multiple products on a global level, aligning and engaging stakeholders on complex business needs to form a global product strategy. The role also involves leading the translation of business strategy into product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring ongoing funding and investment for product development, measuring efficiencies and ROI, and overseeing the agile development process. Collaboration and influence with senior leadership and technology teams are crucial for agreeing on new systems and changes. The position requires synthesizing market changes and technology improvements into actionable product enhancements and acting as a thought leader by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide a global viewpoint and extend applications across use cases. A sustainable cyclical process of business value, financial review, forecasting, idea generation, opportunity sizing, business case preparation, product development, and implementation is expected. The role also includes performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
10+ years of business operations and systems integration experience for call center, enrollment, billing, payment processing, or similar operations applications.
5+ years of experience in agile software development and large scale program and project management.
Management experience with budgeting and business case development.
Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, managing performance of staff and change management.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Driving a sustainable cyclical process of business value, financial review, forecasting, idea generation, opportunity sizing, business case preparation, product development, and implementation.
