About The Position

The DT&D Process Excellence & Operational Transformation leader is responsible for designing and improving the operating disciplines that enable Digital Technology & Data to deliver business value at scale. This role partners across DT&D and business-facing teams to simplify processes, establish process ownership and performance measures, improve governance and prioritization, and embed continuous improvement into transformation programs and critical capabilities. The role requires a blend of process excellence, data-driven decision making, technology fluency, and enterprise transformation leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.

  • Lean Six Sigma training and Black Belt attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and guides to ensure effective adoption of business process management standards across the organization, incorporating feedback to continuously improve these standards.
  • Establishes expectations for information gathering, interviews, workshops, and the design of detailed process models and documentation in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Directs and champions the team in reviewing and challenging existing processes, guiding process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and value, and reduce waste.
  • Directs the team in using data insights to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and apply advanced analysis tools.
  • Guides and cultivates the team to enhance competencies, raising standards and quality of design solutions and workshop facilitation.
  • Owns and drives consistent improvement training and certification programs to establish organizational capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Directs and nurtures the adoption of new technologies and automation tools that promote process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Fosters cross functional collaboration to ensure clear action plans and integrate new practices, while guiding a community of practice for continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Manages team members to achieve the organization’s goals by allocating resources, ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
