About The Position

The Senior Director, Priority Digital Project Lead serves as the strategic leader and chief value architect for one or more assigned PDS Aim Points and the Priority Digital Projects (PDPs) that execute against them. The role translates enterprise intent into measurable, value-backed outcomes, owns multi-year roadmaps, leads cross-functional teams, and guides products from design through stage-gated delivery so they are adopted, compliant, and sustained in daily operations. The role works with enterprise partners across PDS and other functions, depending on assigned Aim Points and PDPs. It aligns people, processes, data, technology, and AI into a coordinated execution system, connecting enterprise goals with site- and function-level work while anchoring investments to business value and sustained operating change. Aim Points may include cash flow optimization, revenue acceleration, zero disruptions, productivity and decision velocity, and patient reliability. Projects may also support priorities outside the Aim Point structure, such as enterprise-wide platform initiatives.
