The Senior Preconstruction Director is responsible for leading preconstruction services across multiple projects and support high-quality planning, estimating, and client solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing budgets, schedules, staffing, procurement planning, value management, and risk strategy while partnering closely with clients, operations leaders, and preconstruction teams.

Requirements

17+ years of relevant industry experience in construction, estimating, or preconstruction
15+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, including use of estimating software
10+ years of experience managing multiple preconstruction assignments, managing teams, and overseeing project deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
