Director, Preconstruction

Titan ElectricAtlanta, GA

About The Position

Titan is a leading national electrical contractor with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Titan maintains a strong reputation as a leading high-quality, customer-centric service provider which has resulted in strong financial growth since its inception in 2006. As a result, the company has become a trusted partner to its customers and suppliers and has established a proven track record of year-over-year growth. The company has significant opportunities to further penetrate its existing markets and expand into other geographies and service lines. Most Electrical Contractors Need More Than an Estimator. They need someone who can see around corners. Someone who can build strategy before the job hits the field. Someone who can identify risk before it becomes a change order. Someone who can win work, build teams, mentor estimators, influence operations, and help drive profitable growth. That's this role. We're looking for a Director of Preconstruction to lead our estimating and preconstruction efforts across commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, manufacturing, and large-scale electrical projects. This is not a "head-down estimator" position. This is a seat at the leadership table. You'll help determine what work we pursue, how we pursue it, and how we position ourselves to win.
